Cell Phone Laws

Most states have had cell phone laws against using cell phones while driving a motor vehicle. But I still see many motorists talking away with their phone against their ear. Hello!! You need to have a hands free device like a blue tooth, a head set or installed into your vehicle radio-sound system.

Similar laws also apply to texting while driving.

It's illegal. It's unsafe. Stop doing it. Would you be happy if somebody else causes a serious injury accident with you while they were yapping on the cell phone? Well then you don't stop doing it to. When you enter your vehicle engage your hands free device. Do not answer the phone of your forgot to do that. If you need to make a call, pull over in a safe place and complete your call.

Do not get distracted by call or text or other that could cause an accident. Be safe.
